Let’s sit down on the bench next to Zoe and ask a few questions about her blog: Love Your Life

Welcome Zoe, can you tell us a little about yourself, and your blog?

My name is Zoe Brown, I am an assistant manager at Costa Coffee, I own my own health and well being business and I recently started blogging about being a young entrepreneur. I want to to inspire other young people to chase their dreams.

How long have you been blogging for?

I have only been blogging for 2 months.

What inspired you to start a blog, and why did you choose your chosen subject?

I started blogging because I kept looking at bloggers on Instagram and finally decided to just start my own and see what happens. Initially I started a lifestyle blog but found that I kept wanting to write about more business-related things, so I changed my topic to writing about being a young entrepreneur.

Is this your first/only blog?

Yes this is my first and only blog.

How much time do you spend on your blog per week?

I usually only post one or two posts a week, so spend a few hours writing. I am on my Instagram and twitter account everyday, usually for 10/15 mins in the morning and the same after work.

What’s the best bit about being a blogger?

The best bit about being a blogger is knowing that one day I might help or inspire somebody. Knowing that somebody might read one of my posts and then act upon it to get them to where they want to be.

What’s the most frustrating thing?

The most frustrating thing is knowing the best way to get my name out there and to make an impact.

Do you find that bloggers support one another?

Yes! The support and friendships I have made already are amazing.

Do you tell people when you meet them, or friends and family that you are a blogger?

Yes I do tell people that I am a blogger.

Can you remember your very first post?

My very first post was about goal setting. I thought it was quite appropriate to talk about goals and where they can lead you to, if only you are brave enough to take the first step (which in my case was by writing my first blog post).

What do you wish someone had told you about blogging at the start of your journey?

Well I am still at the start of my journey, but again just tips on how to make it work and how to reach the widest audience possible.

Is there any advice that you would like to give people who are thinking about becoming a blogger, and those just starting out?

I would encourage anyone who has thought about it to start their own blog. I have had so much fun, met amazing people and this is only the beginning for me.

I am not sure what advice I could give to someone new, seeing as I am still new myself, but I would suggest that you just start writing and see what you tend to write more about. As, like I said, I found myself wanting to write about other things and so I changed the name of my blog accordingly.

What’s next for your blog, any big ambitions for it?

I want to hold successful bloggers events. I want to create a community for bloggers to meet each other and do new things together.

Apart from your blog where else can we find you on the internet?

You can find me over at :-

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Zoe for giving us an insight in her blogging life, and we wish her lots of success for the future.
