Review by Stacey
Find Your Happy is a beautiful children’s book all about showing children what to do when they are angry, sad, worried, etc so that they can find their ‘happy’ again.
I’m not surprised this book has been so well received as it talks at a child’s level to show them easy steps to help them regain their happiness when they have lost it via a wonderfully cute sloth who goes through different emotions.
There are some gorgeous, bright, colourful illustrations that you can’t help smiling at and are there to help with aiding the happiness feeling and they do just that.
Overall, I loved this book. It has the right level of text for a young child and doesn’t talk down to the reader nor at a level they won’t understand, it is just perfect. It made me smile anyway!!
