Happy Days: 365 Facts to Brighten Every Day of the Year by Emily Coxhead is a small, squarish hardcover book that packs a punch. As the title states, the book has 365 facts, one for each day of the year, so you can read it over the course of the year, one fact at a time, or delve in and out when you see fit.
The information within will have youngsters in awe and learning a lot too. From being taught about rainbows that shine at night called moonbows, to baby elephants sucking on their trunks like human babies suck their thumbs. The book has so many glorious facts.
Each double page has roughly four facts that are written in large colourful text and surrounded by wonderful illustrations. The book is just a complete joy to read and it certainly will make the reader happy.
Overall, Happy Days: 365 Facts to Brighten Every Day of the Year has certainly completed what it set out to do, make readers happy. The book is like a bright shining light on a dull day and will put a smile on those who open it.
