Marvellous Vehicles by James May is part of the Little Experts series of books. There are currently three available to purchase now and each features a celebrity expert in their field.
Whilst you might associate the word ‘vehicle’ with something that contains an engine, this book is all about special vehicles that are human-powered.
Vehicles such as a skateboard, scooter, wheelchair, bicycle, skis, etc. Each double page is a different section, including titles such as ‘Powered By You’ and ‘Amphibious Antics’. The pages are illustrated highly and contain full-page bright and colourful drawings that help the reader to understand the text.
Marvellous Vehicles is both a fun and educational read. It held my attention and I learned a lot. It is interesting and will have children dipping in and out of it. Overall, an amazing book that will get children thinking.

Why Money Matters is another book in the Little Experts series. This book as you may have gathered from the title is all about money and is written in an easy-to-understand, fun, yet educational manner for children.
The book starts with a history lesson on money from ancient Egypt to China. We then move forward in time to today and cover topics such as banks, hidden money (credit cards, etc.), earning money, plus many more. The book also covers needs vs. wants and making money plans, all very useful topics for children to learn about.
I loved this book. It is easy to understand, has been written at the right level, and is engaging. The bright colourful full-page illustrations help to make it more appealing and hopefully, the book can help to educate children so that they learn to control and keep hold of their money as they age.
Overall, another amazing book in the Little Experts series which I hope children get to read as they are all on important topics.

Amazing Bodies by Dr Ronx is another book in the Little Expert new series of books and features the emergency medicines doctor and their information on the human body starting with ‘Super Skin’.
Each double page features a different section of the body such as Brilliant Bones, The Strong Skull, and How We Breath. The book is very informative and contains information written at the right level for children to understand.
There is a lot to take in, in this book and the reader may need to let some of it sink in before moving on to the next page. Each double page is highly illustrated with amazing drawings that showcase what the text is telling the reader and will help them to visualise the facts.
Overall, another superb book in the new series. Good fun, educational, and intriguing.
