It’s teatime in the forest! Come along with Teddy and his Woodland Friends for a lively tea party filled with enchantment and fun. Don’t be late. They’re serving tea at promptly three!
Teddy Bear is having tea, promptly at three and he is inviting all his woodland creature friends.
This is a very cute young children’s picture book written in a rhyming format that works the whole way through. The storyline is something children will adore, as I’m sure most children have a favourite teddy bear.
The illustrations are large, bright, and colourful, although I did find them a little old fashioned, this doesn’t take anything away from how beautiful they are and how much detail has gone into each one.
The book is short and with it rhyming new readers will be able to follow the story with ease, though it works just as well being read out-loud to a none reader or a class.
Teddy Bear Tea is an adorable book that I can see children loving and wanting to read over and over again. I also loved the information at the end of the book that teaches children who invented the first teddy bear and why.
